🖌️ Key Responsibilities
This role goes beyond the classroom, offering the chance to build and lead a creative hub:
Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging Art lessons across secondary grades, covering drawing, painting, color theory, mixed media, and basic sculpture.
Leadership: Lead the setup and management of a brand-new Art Studio.
Management: Oversee procurement, inventory, and the departmental budget.
Engagement: Organize exhibitions, displays, and student enrichment activities.
Compliance: Ensure health and safety standards are met within the studio environment.
✅ Job Qualifications
We are looking for a professional who combines technical skill with leadership:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art (Education) or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience teaching Art at the secondary level.
Skills: Strong practical skills across multiple art media and a high level of English proficiency.
Leadership: Ability to work independently and lead a single-person department.
Traits: Passionate, innovative, well-organized, and competent in resource management.
