The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania through the Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (Ajira Portal) has released a new list of successful job applicants who passed the interviews conducted between 29 January 2025 and 24 October 2025. These candidates have now been called for work placement and assigned to various public institutions and workplaces across the country. This is your official notice to check your placement letter on the Ajira Portal. The letters are available under My Applications in your Ajira Portal account.
Important Documents to Carry When Reporting for Work

All candidates who have been called for work placement are required to report to their assigned institutions with the following original documents and copies for verification purposes:
Original Call for Work Letter
Downloaded from the Ajira Portal and printed. This letter confirms your official placement.

Original Academic Certificates
Including certificates for Form IV, Form VI, Diploma, Degree or any relevant qualification as per the applied position.

Original transcripts showing detailed academic performance.

Birth Certificate
Original birth certificate or an official birth record.

Important Notice
Candidates are advised to report on time to their assigned duty stations as indicated in the placement letter. Failure to report within the specified time may result in loss of the job opportunity.
