As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of the company — expertly handling customer queries and complaints across multiple communication channels. You’ll provide timely, accurate information while building strong relationships that keep customers coming back.

🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile
✔ High school diploma or equivalent
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems
✔ Previous customer support experience
✔ Strong multitasking, time-management, and communication skills
✔ Calm under pressure and comfortable using computers.
