General Qualifications & Requirements
To be considered for these roles, candidates should generally possess:
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Social Work, Public Health, Sociology, Finance, or a related field.
Professional Experience: At least 1–3 years of working experience, preferably within the NGO sector or community development projects.
Key Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Swahili, strong report-writing abilities, and a high level of integrity.
