2. Operational Excellence

Oversee the full spectrum of logistics: Inbound/Outbound, Weighbridge, Loading, and Yard operations.

Leverage technology to boost operational efficiency and minimize bottlenecks.

3. Strategic Growth & Planning

Lead logistics strategies to optimize processes and slash costs.

Partner with Procurement to create robust contingency plans.

Promote backhauling initiatives and maintain optimal stock levels.

4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Build strong relationships with suppliers and transporters for cost-effective reliability.

Drive KPIs and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in logistics management.

Skills: Proven expertise in strategic planning, data analysis tools, and logistics software.

Leadership: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and people management skills.
