1. Mine Manager

2. Plant Manager

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mining Engineering.

Experience: 10+ years in large-scale gold processing with 3-5 years in management.

3. Senior Geologist

Role: Manage geological exploration, resource evaluation, and interpret data to guide mining operations.

Qualification: B.Sc. in Geology.

Experience: 10+ years in mining (specifically grade/ore control) and proficiency in geological software (Leapfrog, Vulcan, etc.).

4. Senior Surveyor

Role: Conduct mine surveying, mapping, volume calculations, and ensure accuracy of survey data for mine development.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying or relevant field.

Experience: 10+ years in mining operations.
