The Role: Senior Sales Executive
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and managing strategic relationships within the enterprise market. You will be the driving force behind selling comprehensive technology portfolios to major players in specific high-growth sectors.
We are looking for "hunters" who understand the local market landscape and possess the technical fluency to sell complex solutions to C-level executives.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
To be considered for this senior position, candidates must demonstrate the following:
Experience: A minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in B2B technology sales within Tanzania.
Sector Expertise: You must have a proven, extensive track record of successfully selling into at least one (or more) of the following verticals:
FSI (Financial Services & Insurance)
Telcom (Telecommunications)
PS (Public Sector / Government)
MRD (Manufacturing, Retail, & Distribution)
Solution Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in selling a full suite of IT offerings, including enterprise software, hardware infrastructure, business applications, and Cloud services/solutions (Azure, AWS, etc.).
Market Reach: Deep existing networks and experience covering both mainland Tanzania and Zanzibar territories.
Skills: Strong negotiation skills, ability to manage complex sales cycles, and a results-driven mindset.
