We are seeking a competent and experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions within a factory environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise factory employees effectively
• Handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Prepare and manage payroll accurately and on time
• Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory bodies including:
• Occupational Safety and Health Authority (OSHA)
• National Environment Management Council (NEMC)
• National Social Security Fund (NSSF)
• Workers Compensation Fund (WCF)
• Fire and safety regulations
• Advise management on HR policies and labor laws
• Ensure smooth workforce planning and disciplinary procedures
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proven experience working as an HR Manager in a factory/manufacturing environment
• Strong people management skills
• Experience in payroll management
• Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent decision-making skills
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
