To achieve business growth through selling, promoting, and guiding CRDB Islamic Banking products and services. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio, acquiring profitable customers, and ensuring all applications are Shariah-compliant.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking, with a strong background in customer relationship management specifically within Islamic Banking.
Management: Experience in managing a team is highly preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of Performance Management, excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Knowledge: Deep awareness of Shariah-compliant banking products and market trends.
2. Inventory and Records Management Officer
