📋 Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting and payable operations, including:
Accounts Payable: Receiving, processing, and verifying corporate invoices and branch payables.
Payment Processing: Scheduling and ensuring timely, accurate payments to vendors and service providers.
Reconciliation: Maintaining up-to-date records of financial transactions and reconciling accounts payable.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring all records meet accounting standards and assisting during audits or inspections.
Administrative Support: Providing general accounting support to the team as required.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
Experience: At least 2–4 years of experience in an accounting role.
Technical Skills: Computer literacy with a working knowledge of accounting software.
Core Knowledge: A solid understanding of accounting principles, specifically Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive willingness to learn.
