1. Ramp Agents (20 Positions)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Role: Responsible for the safe handling of aircraft on the ground, including loading/unloading luggage and operating ground support equipment.
Key Qualifications:
Form IV Certificate to Diploma level.
Valid driver’s license is a must.
Ability to lift up to 32kg and work in various weather conditions.
2. Passenger Service Agents (20 Positions)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Role: The face of the airline! You will handle check-in, boarding, and assist passengers with special needs.
Key Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, PR, Business Administration, or related fields.
Excellent communication skills in English and Swahili.
Previous customer service experience (aviation experience is a plus).
3. Load Controllers (5 Positions)
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Role: Ensure the safety of flights by calculating accurate aircraft weight and balance.
Key Qualifications:
Certificate or Diploma in Flight Dispatch.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the airline industry.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
