The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) – Sekretarieti ya Ajira katika Utumishi wa Umma – has officially released the names of successful candidates who have been called for work (Placement List No. 102).This announcement is for candidates who participated in interviews conducted between October 10, 2025, and February 14, 2026. The list also includes candidates from the database who have been assigned to various work stations.

Teachers Grade III (Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry)
ICT Officer II (Application Programmer/Web Developer)
Driver Grade II
Technician II (Plumber)
Accounts Assistant II
Office Management Secretary Grade II
Participating Employers:
Various District Councils (Buchosa, Mwanza, Ilemela, Kahama, Shinyanga, etc.), Muhimbili National Hospital (MNH), TMDA, and Regional Commissioners' Offices (Njombe, Mtwara).
HOW TO CHECK YOUR NAME & GET YOUR APPOINTMENT LETTER
If you participated in the interviews, follow these simple steps to check your status and download your letter:
Login to your Account: Visit the official Ajira Portal.
My Applications: Go to the "My Applications" section.
Download Letter: If you have been selected, you will see a link to Download and Print your placement letter.
Reporting: You are required to report to your assigned employer within the time frame specified in your letter.
Important Requirements for Reporting:
When reporting to your new work station, you MUST bring the following:
Original Academic Certificates (from Form IV onwards).
Your printed Appointment Letter from the Ajira Portal.
Valid Identification.
Note: If your name is not on this list, do not lose heart. It means you were not selected this time. Keep applying for future vacancies!
