📋 Key Responsibilities
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the seamless execution of the company’s core functions, including:
Warehouse & Inventory: Strategic management of stock levels and storage solutions.
Procurement: Planning for raw materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
Logistics & Fleet: Managing shipments, fleet maintenance, and driver performance.
Compliance: Ensuring all operations meet the legal requirements of Tanzanian regulatory authorities.
Financial Coordination: Managing fixed assets and coordinating with the finance department on operational costs.
Operational Excellence: Identifying bottlenecks and implementing swift issue resolutions.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
